At Rory's Travel Club, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your journey, simply return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
